Data we process

When you use the contact form, we may process your name, email address, phone number, proposed check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and any information that you voluntarily include in your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this information to respond to your availability enquiry, provide information about the stay and, where applicable, take steps requested by you before a booking. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where relevant, the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.

Retention

We keep the information for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your request. If no booking is made, it will be deleted when it is no longer needed, unless a legal retention obligation applies. If a booking is made, it will be retained for the periods applicable to the contractual relationship.

Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. The providers of our web hosting and email services may process it only to provide those services and under the applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, as well as data portability where applicable, by emailing reservas@villacentauro.com. You may also withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

If you believe that your data has not been processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
